Be Mold Safe™ offers a free on-site mold inspection to homeowners and business owners. If you have visible mold on your property, we’ll schedule a time to meet with you and assess your mold problem for its severity and likely causes. Using that information, we’ll advise you on any appropriate follow-up steps.

‘Health-Grade’ AC with licensed professionals

Be Mold Safe™ will provide a list of recommended Health-Grade C professionals. Our certified and licensed remediation partners will remove mold and water damaged materials. They will also clean and sanitize AC ducts, vents and home environment with bio-safe methods. Finally, our professionals will employ whole-house dehumidification to maintain consistent humidity in the health zone (40-45%) and year-round comfort.

Healthy Home Air Upgrades

Be Mold Safe™ collaborates with licensed companies for sanitary HVAC using ‘mold birth control’ and ‘mold-eating’ enzymes with routine service.
